Abstract: Body composition, blood chemistry, plasma protein composition, and physical blood properties were measured at monthly intervals for two groups of fall chinook fingerlings. The two lots of fish were fed exclusively either a meat or meal diet. Age, growth, diet, and disease were found to affect one or more of the measured characteristics of these fish. |
