Summary, Etc. Note: |
Abstract: Fingerling channel catfish were offered a series of 18 purified diets that contained liquid corn oil, solid corn oil, and beef tallow at 4, 8, and 16 percent of the dry diet, and white dextrin at 8 and 16 percent of the dry diet. Effect of the dietary variables was based on proximate analysis for protein, ash, moisture, lipid, and iodine absorption number of the lipid of entire fish at the start and end of the experiment. |
