Description: |
Catfish ponds can range in size from 2 to 20 acres, with the majority being 10 acres or more. This large area makes it difficult for current harassment techniques to be effective. Future research will explore the use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to gather data on fish-eating birds and evaluate if UAVs could deter these birds from catfish ponds. |
