Brucellosis is one of the many diseases that can be carried and transmitted by feral swine to humans, livestock, pets, and wildlife. WS' National Wildlife Disease Program routinely monitors for brucellosis in feral swine in order to identify areas of potential risk to commercial swine and livestock.
